Yummy !


SauceIn a saucepan melt 4 T butter. Whisk in 6 T flour and ¾ t salt until smooth. Add 3 c milk. Stir and cook over medium heat until mixture thickens and bubbles. Add one pouch of tuna.

Buttermilk Biscuits {homemade- but still quick and easy!}

2 C. Flour
3 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp soda
5 T shortening
1 C. Buttermilk

Mix dry ingredients, cut in shortening, add buttermilk. Use cookie cutter or an upside down table glass to cut into biscuits. Bake at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Yield: 12 biscuits
